Buying e-gift cards
To benefit from the main services of this website and to purchase e-gift cards you must register and create an account.
This will require you to set up an account with us and enter some personal information. For more on how this information is used please see our privacy policy. By becoming a member then you must confirm that the information that you have provided us with is true and that you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this website. If you do not abide by these terms and conditions then your membership may be cancelled at any time without prior warning.
Using your e-Gift card
You must treat the e-gift card as if it were cash. Do not give the e-gift card number or any other information about the e-gift card to anyone else.
Payments
All customers must represent and warrant that if they purchase an e-gift card from us then the payment information and credit card information that they supply must be true, correct and complete.
All charges incurred by the customer will be honoured by their credit card or debit card company and they will pay all the charges that are incurred by them at the posted prices which includes any applicable taxes.
Once payments have been processed the following billing descriptor will appear on all statements: TGDEE, UAE.
Refunds
Refunds are only considered in very rare circumstances. If the e-gift card does not work, appears to be fraudulent or does not have the correct balance on it then you must get in touch with us immediately. We will be unable to process any refund requests in these instances for complaints that are not made within the first 48 hours of the e-gift card being received.
If you get in touch with us with regards to a faulty or incorrect e-gift card as explained above then we will investigate this matter. If we decide that the error is correct then we will either replace the e-gift card or make a full refund for the purchase.
If you are entitled to a refund then you must first return the e-gift card to us by emailing it back to us.
Deliveries
All of the e-gift cards that we sell on this website are e-gift cards which are sent electronically via email. All orders are processed instantly and delivery is expected to be instant, but this can take up to 24 hours. If you have not been sent your e-gift card 24 hours after purchasing it then please get in touch with us as soon as possible.
Cancellation policy
Customers may only request a cancellation of their order within 24 hours after it has been processed. After this time has passed then we will not be able to process any cancellations.
Liability
We will not be liable for any delay or failure in performing any of its obligations in respect of the e-gift cards, including without limitation any refunds resulting from incorrectly executed or unauthorised e-gift card transactions, where such delay or failure occurs because of any abnormal or unforeseeable circumstances beyond our reasonable control, the consequences of which could not have been avoidable despite our efforts to the contrary, or where such delay or failure arose because of our obligations under any applicable law.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This agreement is governed and in accordance with the law of the UAE. If a dispute arises between the parties that is unable to be settled amicably then they agree to submit this to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Arab Emirates.
